This ministry was birthed from my own journey of healing—through the valleys, the battles in my mind, and the restoration of my heart by the love of Jesus. Graceful Reset is a sacred space where we invite God to meet us in our brokenness and bring renewal from the inside out.

At Graceful Reset, I guide men and women through deep inner healing—healing from trauma, emotional wounds, and mindsets that have held them captive for far too long. Many of us are walking through life carrying strongholds—patterns of thinking that no longer serve the truth of who God created us to be. But there is freedom. There is transformation. And it starts with a reset.
